Each audit is completed by a qualified IRCA/CQI lead auditor with apprenticeship delivery and management experience. Each project results in a multi-page written report, documenting key findings of the audit and listing recommended actions for improvement. All reports are quality assured by our Head of Quality (and/or Reporting Accountant if/where applicable) prior to project closure. We have created LX Digital, our ground-breaking online training platform containing a suite of learning modules covering almost everything you need to know about designing, delivering, managing, monitoring and governing apprenticeship training programmes. Described by a user as “apprenticeships in a box” LX Digital comprises a range of interactive modules, including:
Each module is delivered as a series of short, information-packed online learning videos, complete with periodic “knowledge-check” questions to test understanding. The module is then completed by taking an end-of-module quiz, which helps to consolidate learning. Learners are able to download a completion certificate if they achieve the pass mark for the quiz – and they can re-take the quiz as many times as necessary.
LX Digital is a unique, always-available online training resource for the Apprenticeship sector, designed to help new entrants learn the complexities of the sector as quickly (or slowly) as they need to – and to help existing practitioners at all levels refresh their knowledge, engage in on-going CPD and stay up-to-date with the ever-changing regulations.
