The Apprenticeships Insights Report, 2022

Why an Apprenticeships Insights Report?

It’s been a personal goal of the LX Group MD, Bally Bhogal to develop an industry report (based on the audit and consultancy work that we do at LX Group) which highlights examples of good and best practice across the apprenticeship sector. When she suggested it to the team everyone loved the idea, but none of us realised how difficult the process would be; deciding on what to keep in, what to let go and shaping the sheer volume of content into a clear and concise report that would be of value to others in the sector proved to be one of the biggest challenges.

Best Practice

But we persevered – via lots of late nights and coffee – and we’re now delighted to finally share the details of our first Apprenticeship Insights Report which all of us at LX Group hope will prove useful in helping to build/improve your apprenticeship business. Its full of some excellent best practice strategies for improving the delivery, monitoring and management of apprenticeship training programmes.  In the famous words of Ann Fuller, “if you have knowledge, let others light their candle in it.”

We have an abridged version of the report at the link below – feel free to share it with your teams:
